We officially closed on our beautiful new build a month ago, but our journey with them actually began two years ago. Michael made the process as seamless, fun, and educational as possible. By the end of the home buying process, I was very sad to know that I would not have the luxury of spending weekends touring homes with Michael. From the start, he managed to make the first meeting a crash course on the process, terminology, difference between calendar dates and business dates for each step. I came into the process a bit, unsure of what to expect, but after the very first meeting, I already felt significantly more confident in what was expected of me, and what to expect from this purchase. Michael cares more than any other person I have met, and made his goal helping us find a house that would not only make us happy, but would check as many boxes as possible. If I were to ever do the process again, I would go straight back to Michael as there is no better Realtor in Vegas.

Julianne Guritz was amazing! We've never met in person but I felt I could trust her from the very beginning. We worked remotely and she took care of everything onsite giving me the advice I needed to navigate the process smoothly. The renters did not want to move and Julianne knew just how to care for them so they understood that she was there not just to sell my house but to help them relocate smoothly. She found them a house to rent quickly that met all their needs. She looked out for my interests and theirs and solved issue after issue, keeping me in the loop, finding a buyer quickly, getting me a good price and closing on our projected date. I couldn't be happier with Julianne and recommend her highly.
