Highly recommend Julie for your real estate needs! She is responsive, attentive, and took extra care of me to make sure I was secured for a town house she helped me find and lease. Before Julie, I was really struggling with other realtors who were not responding to me while explaining the urgency to find housing as soon as possible. Julie helped me find an agent in Dahlonega Georgia. She was awesome! Super helpful and knowledgeable & so personable to my needs. It was a pleasure working with Julie. I am a difficult client to deal with for most professionals under normal circumstances and home hunting is far from a normal undertaking for me so I was doubtful Julie would be up to the task. From the very beginning, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. It took me over 6 months to find a home that would meed my high standards for my permanent residence. After showing me a multitude of homes over that time period, many of them multiple times, Julie exhibited the utmost patience and professionalism towards me as well as to many of my family members who came along for the ride. I had many questions for Julie and she answered all of them, again, sometimes many times over. Since I moved into my new home, I have relied on her to give me names of people who could help me with all the projects associated with setting things up to make a house a home. I would certainly recommend Julie to anyone who is interested in moving to the greater Las Vegas area.
