Thomas, I would like to thank you for being my realtor/ friend. Not just on the sale of my house but the purchase of my new home. I would to thank Tom for all the extra help with selling my house. He went above and beyond our expectations. He corresponded over the phone and explained everything. Tom helped get everything out of the house as I couldn't get everything out in one weekend. We were able to sell our home for over the asking price. We believe that this was partly due to the advice that Tom gave us in what to do to make sure that our house was well prepared to sell. Tom also had professional pictures taken that really showed off the best aspects of our home. The description that he wrote also clearly detailed our house and what set it apart from others on the market.

Tom walked me through the whole process of selling my home, followed through on all offers on the house, carried out mattresses. Climbed on my patio roof to help me seal a couple of broken tiles. He went above and beyond to help me through the selling of my home. I would and WILL recommend Tom to anyone I know. If you are looking for the best real estate agent in Las Vegas Tom Lobeck is the guy. From the minute my wife and I met Tom. we knew he was the right guys to represent us. He is extremely professional, personable detail oriented, but most of all he cares! His knowledge of the Las Vegas market and his vendor contacts were extremely helpful since we were out-of-state buyers. Buying a house in another state can be a daunting experience. However Tom made the whole process easy and painless! Not only did he help us get an incredibly low interest rate on our loan. He was alway ready and willing to help us with the small details that came up. Like going to the house to measure the space for a washer and dryer. Or being there to supervising the septic tank inspection. If you are looking for an agent to help sell or buy a home in Las Vegas, I highly recommend Tom.

I highly recommend Tom. We had Tom sell our home and he also helped us find and purchase our new home. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with us. If we were to buy or sell another home, he would be the first realtor I would hire. He was never too busy to answer questions, show us homes, research homes we were interested in and take phone calls and answer text messages. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Without a doubt I would rate him excellent (5 stars).
