Tom is an exceptional realtor and a wonderful human being! I can't say enough about Tom's professionalism and thorough review of every document and process as we went along this journey! He went above and beyond too many times to count for my and my home and I couldn't have done this without him. I am truly grateful and forever indebted to Tom for doing favors regarding the home and the little needs that needed to be taken care of along the way. I HIGHLY recommend Tom for his demeanor, professionalism, ability to read the market and the way he interacts with the buyer and seller agents! I used him for my purchase and my sale of the same home and my parents also had him sell their home! Please consider Tom when in need of a fantastic realtor!

I would rate Thomas Lobeck's performance a definite 5 star. He was always there when we had questions or concerns and was extremely helpful. It is with his help we got the asking price for the home we sold. In addition we bought another home with Tom's help. With Tom's expertise we were able to get a fair deal and the assurance any problems with the home were resolved. Would definitely hire Tom again if we were to buy another home.
