I have had disappointing experiences with real estate agents in the past, so I was skeptical when I called Ali Lopez. From our first conversation, I could tell she was an honest, caring, trustworthy, and decent person. She was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely listened to my concerns about selling, downsizing, and the current market. I asked for information on comparable sales in my area, and Ali went above and beyond. She personally brought detailed market information and explained how she markets homes, so I could understand the situation and make an informed decision without any pressure. After reviewing everything, I realized it was not the right time for me to sell. Ali could not have been more understanding. She did not pressure me to list, make me feel guilty, or act like I had wasted her time. She respected my decision and simply told me she would be there whenever I was ready. I was thinking about doing a few projects around the house, and since I am newer to the area, I did not know who to call for painters, flooring, or other work. Ali offered to give me names of people she trusts--people who might save me time, trouble, and money. She certainly did not have to do that, especially when I was not ready to list my home, but that is just the kind of person she is. We have not even met in person, yet I already know she is the kind of real estate professional you want representing you: honest, hardworking, caring, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. She treated me with respect and went out of her way to help, even though I was not in a position to list my home at this time. That says everything about her character: honest, respectful, caring, and trustworthy. When I am ready to sell, Ali Lopez will be the only agent I call. I would recommend her without hesitation to my neighbors, friends, and family. Thank you Ali..

If you're looking for a real estate agent who truly puts her clients first, I can't recommend Alicia Lopez highly enough. I've trusted her with my last five real estate transactions, and wouldn't consider using anyone else. She is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. What I appreciate most is her honesty--she'll tell you what you need to hear, not just what you want to hear. At the same time, she's optimistic, encouraging, and focused on finding the best possible outcome. Her customer service is second to none. Throughout every transaction, I always felt like a priority, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible...even after the transaction closes. It was a very tough situation, and many delays in building the house. You handled everything as best you could, dealt with a crappy salesperson in Travis, and kept us as informed as possible.
