Sherri was very helpful with the sale of our Mother's home, made more challenging with Mom having moved to California during this process. Although it took some time due to the real estate market in Las Vegas, Mom was very happy overall with the service that Sherri and her team provided. Purchasing a home for the first time in 15 years was more than a little intimidating. Its easy to look at apps and window shop future homes. However everything beyond that is complicated and nuanced. Not to mention fraught with buyers' emotional ups and downs, hopes and dreams. But we were in good hands. Sherri walked us through home selection, inspection, negotiation, and the mountain of paperwork and red-tape the rigorous and time-bound process demands. She walked us through it, setting expectations to prepare us for the process, and patiently answered our questions and concerns. She handled the details we were unaware of and kept in communication throughout the process. And her trusted team of lenders, inspectors, title and escrow agents, etc. streamlined the process for us.
