Working with Manya Goulet on my recent townhouse purchase in Henderson was a great experience! I was based in CA and traveling back and forth to NV. Manya was extremely communicative and helpful during the whole process, especially the inspection and closing, to accommodate my availability and act as my proxy agent when I couldn't be there in person to show me things I needed to make a decision on via video chat.
