I was in the process of renting a house and Sunney was helping us find a house to rent short term. A couples of weeks later we switched from wanting to rent a house to wanting to buy our first house. Sunney was very attentive, patient, and highly responsive throughout the whole process. He showed us at least 30 houses, and let us take our time while viewing houses. Sunney walked us through the entire process step by step. He never pushed us to go over our budget. He was very honest about how overwhelming and stressful the process would be but took every measure to make it a little easier for us. Most importantly, we were able to close on our first home on schedule and without going over our budget. Thanks Sunney! Highly recommend.
