He assisted my husband and I with 3 real estate transactions this past year and executed each with the utmost care and due diligence. Okkar was able to get us top dollar for the sale of the house my aging mother was living in so we could 1031 exchange for a smaller more manageable property that suited her needs. It was a complicated transaction, but Okkar kept us calm and fully managed the process to our high expectations. Okkar also helped my husband's mom a home who recently moved from the Reno area.
