My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Guy Ovadia when we decided to sell our home in California and purchase a new one in Las Vegas. Having been in the mortgage banking industry for many years I have worked with a lot of Realtors - I can honestly say that I was very thankful that we teamed up with him for this huge endeavor! Not only is his knowledge and professionalism top notch, he really made sure that we knew the areas we were looking in as we were not able to view the homes in person before we made the purchase. We ended up finding a beautiful home and he negotiated a GREAT price (and some extras!!) and made sure the whole process went smoothly which it really did. He was in constant contact with us during the transaction with updates which is really priceless considering we were doing everything from another state. Guy truly cares about his clients and it shows!
