Shamika was a joy to work with. She kept me updated on the process the entire time of the sale. Even when I was ready to give up she kept me optimistic and grounded to keep going. Her positive attitude was so refreshing and she communicated it through her actions. I was always aware of the details of a situation and had a handle of what needed to be done because she made sure I met my deadlines. I enjoyed our interaction and I've told her she is family now and she's stuck with me.

I don't even know where to begin, the TALENT, SKILL, and MOTIVATION of Shamika is unmatched. We had an uphill battle when we began looking for my dream home and after almost 2 years she found exactly what I wanted and more. I had a lot of stipulations and she conquered each one. There were a few hiccups along the way but she protected my best interest as if it were her own. Professionalism TOP TIER!!! She was there from start to end. I would definitely recommend and work with in the future.
