The next three months were a struggle, spent in temporary shelters and hotels, as we desperately sought a way to rebuild our lives. With the realization that finding housing on Maui was an uphill battle, we made the tough decision to uproot our family and start anew in Las Vegas. Amidst the chaos, a glimmer of hope emerged in the form of Matt, our exceptional realtor. The recommendation came from a coworker who had faced a similar plight, having also lost everything to the fires and relocating to Las Vegas with her family. From our first meeting with Matt, a sense of relief washed over us. Matt's professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for our situation set him apart. Matt is two for two in my book! I have worked with Matt twice and can confidently say that I will work with him again in the future and will recommend him to any and all of my friends and family. Matt is knowledgeable and passionate about his work and clients. He checks in as much as possible during and after the process (even before, since we had already worked together prior to my last purchase). He sure makes you feel like family and not just another transaction in his book, which i personally appreciated. He listens to your needs and likes and makes sure you get your dream home! Both of my last purchases have been pretty lengthy and complicated but Matt made sure to do everything in his power to push through it and have two very successful purchases. In my last transaction Matt suggested a lending officer and I can say that he made a great recommendation with Aaron. They made a great team! Very pleased with his suggestion. Lastly, I can say that Matt is willing to go above and beyond for his clients. He took a couple hours of his day multiple times to meet me at the property located outside of Las Vegas. Once the purchase was complete, he drove those same couple hours to pick up my keys (talk about going the extra mile!) and met me at almost 1am to hand over those keys as i came from out of state and needed to move in over the weekend. I cannot say enough great things about Matt. I look forward to working with him again in the future and will recommend him to all of my friends and family!
