I don't even know where to start my experience with my real estate agent. My agent's name is Matt/Matthew, me and Matt already new each other before he became my realtor. What's so exceptional about Matt was his character, he was already a kind-hearted person to begin with. Once I told him what kind of house I wanted, he was on the top of it. I was so happy he listened to my likings and understood me very carefully first before he starts to work on it. He was very knowledgeable of the current housing market and trends. He was straight forward with me from the get go. The outstanding service I received from my realtor was exceptional, he put quality over quantity when it comes helping me and secure a home I wanted. What I mean by quality is that I was not just a number to him, he genuinely cared what my needs were, and he even went above and beyond to help me, US Army veteran. I mean he made sure I got all the benefits I can legally get so I was going to be comfortable purchasing my first home. Matt was very patient and understanding, he answered all my questions and concerns tirelessly at any time of the day. Especially watching him negotiates on my behalf was amazing and comforting. Matt, I don't know any other word except to say "Thank You!". Matt, you are a valuable asset to your company and I appreciate everything you did for me. Most of all, the friendship I got from this experience is priceless and for that GOD bless you!

We chose Matt to help us with our first home because he is so personable. But we knew we made the right decision to choose him as our forever agent while going through the buying process. Not only did Matt guide us through the process as first time home buyers but he made sure we understood everything. We looked at quite a few houses before we finally found the perfect one for our family and Matt made sure we got it once we knew this was it. My family and I are so grateful that we worked with Matt and got into our first home and that he made the process so simple and easy. In a few years when we are ready for an upgrade we will definitely be calling Matt again.

Matthew was awesome. He kept everyone/everything we needed in mind and helped us find and get one of the houses we loved the most. It was great talking to him in the process while looking at houses with him always a very good input on every house we looked at and good communication and conversation even if it wasn't about the house, all I can say is very great experience.

Matthew helped to find what we wanted in our first house. I was a first-time homebuyer and had NO CLUE what to look for or expect. I thought I had my mind made up when deciding what house, I wanted. But Matthew fed me houses like a buffet. Some houses fit my likes, while others I would have glanced over and missed out on if he didn't point them out. The point is, he really understood us and got us into a house that we love!! Matthew made himself available to us ALL the time, and I really appreciated it. He showed me that he genuinely cares and is not out here just trying to make a profit! I will definitely be using him in the future.
