I want to say Julie as a realtor totally knows her stuff. She is top notch, and on top of everything, as far as her client's needs, wants, location, etc. I am so glad Julie is the realtor we choose. My brother would attest to that as well. Julie is the reason my brother who was so reluctant to move here, is now doing just that! I would totally recommend Julie in a heartbeat! She is wonderful!

Julie redefined the term "above and beyond" in our case. We were selling a house formerly owned by my deceased brother from across the country, so when things went south in the house, she was always there to help, including moving a disgusting bed from the master bedroom with the help of her wonderful husband, overseeing the installation of new MB carpeting, and overseeing the remediation and repair of the water pressure valve, which could have blown out all the pipes in the house, causing thousands of dollars in repairs. All the while, she was communicating often with us even when things were quiet and getting us to a great deal on the sale. We want her to know how much we appreciate all her efforts on our behalf.
