Dona first sold our father's house which was in need of repair. She guided us through the steps to get ready for the sale. The house sold quickly! There were some delays because the Buyer's had to leave the country for a death in the family. She consistently spoke to the Buyer and to us to keep us all informed of the status of the purchase. We were thrilled with her professionalism, communication, and attention to detail; that we had her sell our house last month! It all went smoothly.
