You have heard of all the stress full experiences with purchasing a home. However that was not the case here. Jun went above and beyond for my family and made our Christmas Miracle come true. We were able to close in the 30 days with all his help. He stayed on top of the sellers agent for us and pushed all his might. We were in our home with in days before Christmas. Mr. Eleno Gundayao also know as "Kuya Jun" is no doubt the most genuine and best realtor anyone could ever have! He is absolutely a blessing to every homebuyer. He is very hardworking, very smart and gives his best so that customers will get the best deal in their home, and most importantly, he has a heart and genuinely advocates for his customers. Not mention, he has an engaging personality that every member of the family would love! We always felt valued and our best interest comes first. My parents are very lucky to have him as their agent in buying their first home here in Las Vegas. We always felt comfortable working with him. He is very easy to approach and truly listens to his customers. He is very patient to us and walked us in every step in hour home buying, and even worked extra miles to help us not only find the right home but also get the best deal! He never made us feel rushed, he is very patient with guiding us, even giving his honest expert opinion on homes and the financial aspect that goes with it, so that we can have an informed decision before we even write an offer.
