Connor was amazing to work with. Really took our feedback on what we were looking for in our future home and ran with it. He was attentive to the needs of our family but also the aesthetic of the house we wanted. We never felt pressure to make a decision and on multiple occasions he would reiterate that our home had to feel absolutely right for us. It was actually a lot of fun to tour houses with him and getting to be picky in what we liked and didn't like with each property. He went to bat for us when we found our perfect home and was always in constant communication with us on developments and updates. He and his team made something I was deeply afraid of feel manageable and safe. One of the most meaningful moments was when Erik stopped by for his haircut just to personally hand me my keys, along with a thoughtful gift basket. That gesture said everything. This wasn't just a transaction -- it was a relationship built on trust and care. I know we won't be getting rid of each other anytime soon, and I'll absolutely be working with him again for my next property. I recommend Erik wholeheartedly to anyone looking for someone who truly treats you like family throughout the process.
