He and his team made something I was deeply afraid of feel manageable and safe. One of the most meaningful moments was when Erik stopped by for his haircut just to personally hand me my keys, along with a thoughtful gift basket. That gesture said everything. This wasn't just a transaction -- it was a relationship built on trust and care. I know we won't be getting rid of each other anytime soon, and I'll absolutely be working with him again for my next property.
