Tracy is a gift. He did a fabulous job helping us find our new home in Las Vegas, negotiating an unbelievable deal and guiding us through the entire process. It would be hard to imagine that there is a better agent anywhere. We were referred to Tracy by a broker in Reno. When we contacted Tracy, we described ourselves, our unique situation and what we were looking for in a new home. We were relocating from another state and had spent little time in Las Vegas away from the Strip. On the day visited Las Vegas to look at houses, Tracy was on a pre-scheduled trip out of town, so he had one of his associates, Keasha Waddell, show us around. Between the two of them, they organized an itinerary that gave us in one day an overview of various neighborhoods and showed us four houses that fit our requirements, one of which we ended up buying. Tracy negotiated an outstanding deal for us both on price and extras: since we were buying a new home from the builder, Tracy helped us negotiate a deal where the seller gave us many valuable extras to sweeten the deal. Tracy knew the seller and assured us that the organization was first class, and his judgement was right on. Tracy is an excellent communicator and was outstanding in staying in touch and keeping us informed as the transaction progressed. He was on top of our transaction throughout its entire course, and made it proceed as seamlessly as possible. He is also a delight to talk to. Tracy also recommended a top home inspection service that gave us the most thorough, detailed inspection report I have ever seen. If you are looking for a real estate agent in Las Vegas, look no farther than Tracy Winkelman. He is at the top of his game and the peak of his profession.
