We want to thank William for the most amazing experience and being the most awesome patient realtor any could have ever asked for. William always answered our questions and if he didn't know them he would take the time to find the answers for us. He always took the time to take notes down of pros and cons on every showing. One of my favorite things was he was so attentive during every visit, he would dedicate his time to us during every showing never on the phone or dealing with something. He would also be good about giving us our space to talk amongst us when it came to certain showings. Thank you for guiding us through lthis experience. Highly Recommend!

Billy was a professional from the moment we contracted with him. And he needed to be. He had to work through a tough buyers market and and an even more difficult buyer of our home. When we singled out the house we wanted, he stayed on the seller's agent until we got our P&S signed. And the buyer of our house? He earned his money with her. Demand after demand after demand. Billy stayed the course and navigated our sale and purchase expertly. Then he showed up on the purchase date and handed us the keys! I can not recommend Billy, and Nevada Title, highly enough.
