I HIGHLY recommend Tom for his demeanor, professionalism, ability to read the market and the way he interacts with the buyer and seller agents! I would rate Thomas Lobeck's performance a definite 5 star. He was always there when we had questions or concerns and was extremely helpful. It is with his help we got the asking price for the home we sold. In addition we bought another home with Tom's help. With Tom's expertise we were able to get a fair deal and the assurance any problems with the home were resolved. Would definitely hire Tom again if we were to buy another home.

The next three months were a struggle, spent in temporary shelters and hotels, as we desperately sought a way to rebuild our lives. With the realization that finding housing on Maui was an uphill battle, we made the tough decision to uproot our family and start anew in Las Vegas. The recommendation came from a coworker who had faced a similar plight, having also lost everything to the fires and relocating to Las Vegas with her family. From our first meeting with Matt, a sense of relief washed over us. Matt's professionalism, compassion, and genuine concern for our situation set him apart. He didn't just see us as clients; he saw a family in need of a fresh start. His knowledge of the Las Vegas housing market was invaluable, providing us with options that perfectly suited our needs. Matt is two for two in my book! I have worked with Matt twice and can confidently say that I will work with him again in the future and will recommend him to any and all of my friends and family. Matt is knowledgeable and passionate about his work and clients. He checks in as much as possible during and after the process (even before, since we had already worked together prior to my last purchase). He sure makes you feel like family and not just another transaction in his book, which i personally appreciated. He listens to your needs and likes and makes sure you get your dream home! Both of my last purchases have been pretty lengthy and complicated but Matt made sure to do everything in his power to push through it and have two very successful purchases. In my last transaction Matt suggested a lending officer and I can say that he made a great recommendation with Aaron. They made a great team! Very pleased with his suggestion. Lastly, I can say that Matt is willing to go above and beyond for his clients. He took a couple hours of his day multiple times to meet me at the property located outside of Las Vegas. Once the purchase was complete, he drove those same couple hours to pick up my keys (talk about going the extra mile!) and met me at almost 1am to hand over those keys as i came from out of state and needed to move in over the weekend. I cannot say enough great things about Matt. I look forward to working with him again in the future and will recommend him to all of my friends and family!

I don't even know where to start my experience with my real estate agent. My agent's name is Matt/Matthew, me and Matt already new each other before he became my realtor. What's so exceptional about Matt was his character, he was already a kind-hearted person to begin with. Once I told him what kind of house I wanted, he was on the top of it. I was so happy he listened to my likings and understood me very carefully first before he starts to work on it. He was very knowledgeable of the current housing market and trends. He was straight forward with me from the get go. The outstanding service I received from my realtor was exceptional, he put quality over quantity when it comes helping me and secure a home I wanted. What I mean by quality is that I was not just a number to him, he genuinely cared what my needs were, and he even went above and beyond to help me, US Army veteran. I mean he made sure I got all the benefits I can legally get so I was going to be comfortable purchasing my first home. Matt was very patient and understanding, he answered all my questions and concerns tirelessly at any time of the day. Especially watching him negotiates on my behalf was amazing and comforting. Matt, I don't know any other word except to say "Thank You!". Matt, you are a valuable asset to your company and I appreciate everything you did for me. Most of all, the friendship I got from this experience is priceless and for that GOD bless you!

We chose Matt to help us with our first home because he is so personable. But we knew we made the right decision to choose him as our forever agent while going through the buying process. Not only did Matt guide us through the process as first time home buyers but he made sure we understood everything. We looked at quite a few houses before we finally found the perfect one for our family and Matt made sure we got it once we knew this was it. My family and I are so grateful that we worked with Matt and got into our first home and that he made the process so simple and easy. In a few years when we are ready for an upgrade we will definitely be calling Matt again.
