Mr. Eleno Gundayao also know as "Kuya Jun" is no doubt the most genuine and best realtor anyone could ever have! He is absolutely a blessing to every homebuyer. He is very hardworking, very smart and gives his best so that customers will get the best deal in their home, and most importantly, he has a heart and genuinely advocates for his customers. Not mention, he has an engaging personality that every member of the family would love! We always felt valued and our best interest comes first. My parents are very lucky to have him as their agent in buying their first home here in Las Vegas. We always felt comfortable working with him. He is very easy to approach and truly listens to his customers. He is very patient to us and walked us in every step in hour home buying, and even worked extra miles to help us not only find the right home but also get the best deal! He never made us feel rushed, he is very patient with guiding us, even giving his honest expert opinion on homes and the financial aspect that goes with it, so that we can have an informed decision before we even write an offer. He is not after the sales or money that he will acquire but he is most definitely putting his customer's needs first and making sure that the customer is 100% satisfied with the house and the overall house buying deal. He will never sugarcoat his perspectives in a house if you seek his opinion. He is very organized and always on time. He is very accessible and when he have questions and concerns, he did not mind responding back to us no matter what time of the day it was, and assists us solve problems with his creative solutions. Another excellent experience we had by having Kuya Jun as a realtor, he never left us hanging after the sale. Yes, he the after sale experience with him was very pleasant. He made sure we are doing okay and no issues or concerns with the house, and if we have question, he ultimately gives his time to assist us and make sure we are taken care of. We are very thankful to him, for all his undying efforts to help us, lunch treats, his gifts to my parents as they start on their new home, and making us feel valued even after my parents have bought their house. It is not surprising why this realtor is very blessed and why many homebuyers trust him.
