I would have to say the entire process was excellent. Normally I have a lot of stress with buying a home, but santos made it very easy for me. There was always excellent communication and any issues or problems were solved right away. Genuinely happy with the entire process and I'm glad I had santos to help me through the entire process. Santos just help us find our new home. He went far and beyond . He handled absolutely everything. We just closed on our property and it was as easy as can be. I have to admit that at first I had my doubts, I was very suspicious of all people because before meeting Santos I had gone with other real estate agents and many times those people just wanted to get money without even helping me but with Santos everything was different, from the first day he took the time to clarify all my doubts, as we progressed he accompanied me throughout the process and even helped me more than he should since he was allowed to do certain things without me being present to collect all the information and then he gave it to me provided, I wholeheartedly recommend that you attend with him because I trust that just as he helped me, he will help anyone I am happy with my house, I never fail to meet all my requirements and I can say that it is more than I expected
