My husband and I decided to sell our home of 35 years plus and buy a new home in a 55+ Community as we enjoy retirement. When we purchased our home, Scott introduced us to the right contractors to reinvent our house into our home. When we were ready to sell our other home, Scott had some ideas and suggestions on how to spruce up our home before selling. We followed those recommendations and when we advertised our home for sale, we received 8 offers on the first weekend. Scott guided us with knowledge and patience through our real estate venture. He handled our business as he would his own. I would recommend Scott to anyone with complete confidence and I have!

Scott was recommended to us from friends and we were looking to buy from out of state. He definitely has your best interest at heart and he will be honest with you, which I think is very important when buying a home. Best experience imaginable I am so grateful to have had Scott as my agent when I sold my home. He brings so much expertise and experience to the table, that I can't imagine selling or buying a property without him now. Scott's knowledge base is vast - he had worked on many elements of construction prior to his current career and has a very trained eye. Within seconds of entering a property he is able to spot issues I'd never notice. It's like he has x-ray vision, really, for homes! Things like texture inconsistencies, missing alarms, leveling, patches, and more come to mind. When we were preparing my home, which was overall in good condition for it's age, for market, he came through and helped me take it from good all the way to perfect! With his help and advice, we transformed it to an amazing home for the next family to enjoy. I am confident the price I got on my home was enhanced by Scott's efforts.
