After the listing contract expired with our first attempt to sell our home using a friend and part-time realtor, we were flooded with calls and marketing materials from too many to count realtors looking to list our home. We decided that it had to be someone who was professional and a full-time realtor. We sifted thru all the materials and Tracy was in our short list of names. After meeting with Tracy we decided he was our choice. The Coronavirus pandemic had just begun so our expectations were measured. Five weeks later we had a contract and closed in fifteen days. Tracy's communication thru the process was excellent and he is a professional who knows how to get it done. We highly recommend him and are happy with our choice!
