William made selling our property a smooth and easy experience. We have purchased and sold several properties using other realtors and it was always a nightmare. From day 1, William always kept us informed on what the next steps were for the process. The photographer took beautiful pictures of the property. We had multiple offers the first day. My experience with William (Billy) Ramos-Ruggero has been absolutely amazing! He truly cares about the process and understands how personal and challenging it is. For example, the first time we went out looking for properties, I felt overwhelmed. When we got back to our house, I broke down and just cried..he calmed my emotions with sensitivity and reassured me that everything was going to be just fine...and he was right! He made the process of showing our property very easy and conducive to my schedule. The Wardley approach to show our home was an incredible and utmost professional experience. Billy produced an awesome video of our home and to the coolest music.. He had our home sold after 13 showings. I can't thank you enough Billy. William was on top of things and available during the entire sale process. After the sales was complete, he still made time to check on things and make sure that the process of moving and getting into a new home was smooth. He always offered to assist with things himself as well as getting us in contact with the necessary parties for specific needs. Even more than that, William was patient throughout our search which took over two years. He never once stated any concern that we were too picky and truly is a pleasure to work with.
