William is hands down the BEST realtor ever. He is extremely caring and patient, and was there to guide us through the process of buying a home every step of the way. We looked at a lot of houses and never once did we feel like he tried to push a house on us. He always asked how we felt about said houses and what we like most to figure out what we needed and a couple weeks later, BOOM William found us our dream home. In all honesty he made me and my family feel as if we were his family as well. I've never met someone who so naturally able to connect with on a personal level and I am sad that we won't be working with him again for now. If you are looking to rent/buy and need a Realtor I 10/10 recommend William. We never told him but we said he was like Phil Dunphy because that's just how amazing of a person he is.

William made selling our property a smooth and easy experience. We have purchased and sold several properties using other realtors and it was always a nightmare. From day 1, William always kept us informed on what the next steps were for the process. The photographer took beautiful pictures of the property. We had multiple offers the first day. William created a comparison of the offers to make the decision process easier. We had offers way over the asking price. Should we purchase or sell another property, we will definitely use William.

My experience with William (Billy) Ramos-Ruggero has been absolutely amazing! He truly cares about the process and understands how personal and challenging it is. For example, the first time we went out looking for properties, I felt overwhelmed. When we got back to our house, I broke down and just cried..he calmed my emotions with sensitivity and reassured me that everything was going to be just fine...and he was right! He made the process of showing our property very easy and conducive to my schedule. The Wardley approach to show our home was an incredible and utmost professional experience. Billy produced an awesome video of our home and to the coolest music.. He had our home sold after 13 showings. I can't thank you enough Billy.
