Our realtor was amazing! Billy brought knowledge of the area, comprehensive lists of services in the area and answered all our questions about our purchase and areas surrounding the property. He also facilitated timelines and encouraged us when we missed a detail. The entire process went smoothly. Thank you all for the team effort.

Working with William was hands-down one of the best decisions we made. From day one, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in our success in finding the perfect home for us. He took the time to truly understand our needs, answered every question with patience and clarity, and guided us through every step of the process with confidence and care. William even went the extra mile in checking in on us for the first 2 weeks of moving in. Making sure everything was going smoothly or if we had any questions. If you are looking to buy, sell, or both your 1st or next home, look no further, William is the best. We highly recommend him.

William was an awesome agent from beginning to end!! He carefully watched over me since this was my first home purchase. I would recommend him to my family and friends. He was there for all my meetings with inspectors, finance needs, inspection, final documents signing and even moving in. He is honest, trustworthy, reliable and very dependable!!

Billy has been an exceptional realtor. He is incredibly responsive, patient, and consistently makes you feel like his top priority. What truly sets Billy apart is how much he genuinely cares for his clients throughout every step of the process. My experience with him was outstanding, and I was confident enough to recommend him to my own parents for their home-buying journey.

Extremely helpful and works to what you're looking for. He was very patient and caring for our family as we were looking for our home. I will always recommend him to family and friends who are looking for their forever home.

William is hands down the BEST realtor ever. He is extremely caring and patient, and was there to guide us through the process of buying a home every step of the way. We looked at a lot of houses and never once did we feel like he tried to push a house on us. He always asked how we felt about said houses and what we like most to figure out what we needed and a couple weeks later, BOOM William found us our dream home. In all honesty he made me and my family feel as if we were his family as well. I've never met someone who so naturally able to connect with on a personal level and I am sad that we won't be working with him again for now. If you are looking to rent/buy and need a Realtor I 10/10 recommend William. We never told him but we said he was like Phil Dunphy because that's just how amazing of a person he is.

Billy helped us find our first home after what seemed like an impossible journey that started long before him. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure all of our boxes were checked, and we had all the information we needed, no matter what time or day it was. We would recommend Billy to anyone that's looking for a new home today as he makes you feel at home right from the start. Thank you Billy and team for finding us our first home to make memories!

William made selling our property a smooth and easy experience. We have purchased and sold several properties using other realtors and it was always a nightmare. From day 1, William always kept us informed on what the next steps were for the process. The photographer took beautiful pictures of the property. We had multiple offers the first day. William created a comparison of the offers to make the decision process easier. We had offers way over the asking price. Should we purchase or sell another property, we will definitely use William.
