It's a rare day that there isn't a festival, party or celebration of some kind going on, and this spring is shaping up to be no exception. Every year, Boulder City Beerfest is one of the events we look forward to the most.

The annual Boulder City Beerfest hits town at the end of March, and it's one of the year's best opportunities to sample some great food, live music and, of course, plenty of beer. Experience Beerfest in Boulder City

Mark your calendars for March 30, when the 7th annual Boulder City Beerfest arrives in Wilbur Square, bringing with it a chance to enjoy some great spring weather and the best beer the Las Vegas area has to offer. There will be a lot to see and do at this year's festival, including more than 30 brewery tents, 10 of the area's favorite food trucks, and numerous specialty vendors. Here's what you can expect: 

• Beer: The 2019 Boulder City Beerfest will feature offerings from more than 30 breweries. You can sample offerings from heavy hitters like Lagunitas Brewing and Sierra Nevada, alongside local favorites including Boulder Dam Brewing Co. and Gordon Biersch of Las Vegas.
  
  
• Food: Every year, some of the best food trucks in the Las Vegas area can be found parked at Boulder City Beerfest. This year's festival will include Rolling Fusion Tacos, Sin City Wings, Dragon Grille, and many more. 
  
  
• Vendors: This year's vendors are still being announced, but expect to see awesome shirts courtesy of Teenanigans, plenty of family fun from Dorothy's Toys, desserts from the Cookie Bar and Treasure Ice Land, and plenty of games, handmade gifts, and upcycled items!
  
  
• Fun: Learn more about the beer making process during the Beer Making Demonstrations from members of the Southern Nevada Ale Fermenters Union, or join a team to take part in the BCBF '19 Brewers Games.
  
  
• Music: This year's Boulder City Beerfest features an awesome lineup of live music throughout the day. Start out with the jazzy DJ Haydin Band, and stick around for surf-rockers Thee Swank Bastards, rhythm and blues revivalists Shanda and the Howlers, and the modern vintage sounds of the Shaun Degraff Band.

Know Before You Go

The 2019 Boulder City Beerfest takes place from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, March 30. Upon arrival, stop off at the Admission Tent to pick up an ID wristband and souvenir glass that's good for unlimited samples of all the beers available. The event itself, including access to the vendors and food trucks, is open to the general public free of charge, but you'll need the official wristband and glass to enjoy the beers. 

Boulder City is less than 30 minutes from Downtown Las Vegas, and a stone's throw from Lake Mead, Boulder Canyon, and the Hoover Dam. Wilbur Square, where the 2019 Boulder City Beerfest takes place, is at the heart of this charming community, just footsteps from Boulder City's historic downtown district.
