From day one I knew I was in good hands... Even before my house was listed Matt did everything possible to get us prepared for that day so that we could hit the ground running. Every communication and move had my best interest and even the interest of a potential buyer in mind to make fair, ethical and profitable choices. This was a pain free experience and it was done much quicker and cleaner than I could have imagined. I highly recommend Matt as a realtor who has the skill to help you no matter your home needs! Five stars is too few.

Matthew has been incredible! He is so personable and his attention to all the details and specifications of what my husband and I are looking for right now shows he actually cares about us and not about how much he will earn. It's nice to meet someone who you need help from and know you can trust in their advice. He really has been going above and beyond for us so we can find exactly what we are wanting and a price we can afford and not try to talk us into one that would financially hurt us like what others realtors do most often for the commission. We will for sure be telling everyone about him!

Matt Winburn was truly amazing and I don't just say that to say that. He was constantly there day or night to answer literally any every question we had. We are first time home owners so we're clueless. Matt took his time to teach us and not just sell us. He would go above and beyond to get me the answers I was searching for and made it easy to understand. Not to mention he's so family friendly (I have 5 children and would have to bring them to do walk throughs) he made it feel like I had family there with me helping me and making the process feel less stressful. The over all experience with Matt and his team at Guild Mortgage was above my expectations. We put our first and only offer in on your home and it was accepted quickly. Matt took control and was in constant contact with not only us but the sellers to make everything move quickly and smoothly. So easy to work with. Pleasant personality and very professional. A friend referred Matt to work with my daughter and I in finding a rental home. Very prompt and efficient.
