One of the most meaningful moments was when Erik stopped by for his haircut just to personally hand me my keys, along with a thoughtful gift basket. That gesture said everything. This wasn't just a transaction -- it was a relationship built on trust and care. I know we won't be getting rid of each other anytime soon, and I'll absolutely be working with him again for my next property. I recommend Erik wholeheartedly to anyone looking for someone who truly treats you like family throughout the process.
