Penny really had to work hard on the sell of my house. She helped us deal with family that refused to move out of the house for the sell of the house. She helped us with the legal hurdles of the court. There was so many highs and lows that we went through to sell a house that had so many issue, with roof , plumbing, central heating and so much trash inside and out. Penny really had to roll up her sleeves to work on selling this house for us. We appreciate everything she had done for us.
