Sherri has always been nothing short of exceptional to work with! She helped my fianc? and I find a rental back in 2017. At a time in the market when rentals were hard to get in to, she went above and beyond in working with the management company to ensure we were the applicants selected. Fast forward three years and the opportunity to purchase our rental landed in our laps, in the middle of Covid nonetheless. Not sure if the sellers would negotiate their price, Sherri was diligent in providing and showing us other homes on the market when we ultimately decided we wanted to officially make our rental our home. Sherri was right there by our side and helped to negotiate a purchase price that we felt was adequate and fair. She worked her magic to put it all in motion. We can't thank her enough for all her hard work and making sure the process of purchasing our first home was free of confusion. If you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable, personable, willing to go above and beyond and make you feel like you are priority then Sherri is the perfect fit!
