Tom walked me through the whole process of selling my home, followed through on all offers on the house, carried out mattresses. Climbed on my patio roof to help me seal a couple of broken tiles. He went above and beyond to help me through the selling of my home. I would and WILL recommend Tom to anyone I know. If you are looking for the best real estate agent in Las Vegas Tom Lobeck is the guy. From the minute my wife and I met Tom. we knew he was the right guys to represent us. He is extremely professional, personable detail oriented, but most of all he cares! His knowledge of the Las Vegas market and his vendor contacts were extremely helpful since we were out-of-state buyers. Buying a house in another state can be a daunting experience. However Tom made the whole process easy and painless! Not only did he help us get an incredibly low interest rate on our loan. He was alway ready and willing to help us with the small details that came up. Like going to the house to measure the space for a washer and dryer. Or being there to supervising the septic tank inspection. If you are looking for an agent to help sell or buy a home in Las Vegas, I highly recommend Tom.

I highly recommend Tom. We had Tom sell our home and he also helped us find and purchase our new home. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with us. If we were to buy or sell another home, he would be the first realtor I would hire. He was never too busy to answer questions, show us homes, research homes we were interested in and take phone calls and answer text messages. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. Without a doubt I would rate him excellent (5 stars).

I would rate Thomas Lobeck's performance a definite 5 star. He was always there when we had questions or concerns and was extremely helpful. It is with his help we got the asking price for the home we sold. In addition we bought another home with Tom's help. With Tom's expertise we were able to get a fair deal and the assurance any problems with the home were resolved. Would definitely hire Tom again if we were to buy another home.
