   Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino is home to Shark Reef Aquarium, one of Las Vegas' most extraordinary animal attractions. It's a great place to visit any time of year, but they're also throwing a huge New Year's Eve celebration, complete with VIP dining and performances from Maroon 5 on December 30 and 31 at 8 pm. 4. The Rock Rink at Downtown Summerlin - 1980 Festival Plaza Drive, Las Vegas
   The signature Rock Rink ice skating rink located near the Pavilion at The Lawn in Downtown Summerlin is back this winter, and it's a great place to spend New Year's Eve. Ice skating will be available until January 22. 
   
   
5. AdventureDome Theme Park, Circus Circus - Hotel Las Vegas at 2880, South Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas
   The AdventureDome at Circus Circus is a great place to get your blood pumping this New Year's Eve. This massive carnival-like space includes two towering indoor roller coasters, a laser-tag course and dozens of thrilling rides and games. They're open on New Year's Eve from 10 am to 10 pm, so it's a great place to spend some time, whether you plan to spend the whole evening, or want to get primed up for other late-night adventures!
