The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas is offering up a New Year's Eve celebration on December 31, complete with an open bar, live DJ and ice skating at their rooftop Boulevard Pool. The rooftop location also makes it a great place to watch the Las Vegas New Year's Eve fireworks display.
